We will never give, sell, or otherwise provide your personal information to anyone unless we are legally required to do so. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we do not store any personal information on this site.
All our credit card transactions and other Payments are made though secure PayPal for your privacy and protection. PayPal never shares your financial information with, nor sells it to, sellers/merchants. This means that when you pay us using PayPal we never come in contact with or have access to your credit card details.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. COLOUR VERIATIONS
The colour on your screen may be differ slightly from printed colours. This is because monitor's display images in an RGB colour format where printers print in CMYK. This can also depend the calibration of your monitor. If you are unsure of how a colour will look once printed please purchase colour chart and choose a custom colour.
As our stationery is printed digitally very slight colour variations can occur between each item. This is not a fault in our design but a naturally occurring effect of the printing process. There can also be slight colour variations depending on the stock used because different papers will react to the ink differently. We want to provide the best quality stationery, therefore all our stationery is printed professionally.
Stationery cannot be returned or refunded due to a naturally occurring effect.
PROOFS
We will email you a PDF Proof for your approval before printing. Once you have checked and approved your proof please email your approval in writing to Bianca Stanton. Your artwork will not be sent to print until we have received your approval.
We will send out a hard copy proof prior to print for Custom designed and custom colour items on request. There may be a very slight colour variation to the proof and the final printed products.
PROOF READING - The PDF proof is sent to you so that you can check the content.
Errors which have been approved can be re-printed at the clients at the clients expense. It is the client’s responsibility to check all copy is correct and grammar. Please be sure to supply all your text as final as possible as we allow one set of text alterations at proof stage.
Marbia Studios accepts no responsibility for errors once your proof has been approved.
ALTERATIONS
Our pricing includes the placement of your wording and images into your chosen stationery. We have also included one set of Alterations after the PDF proof has been emailed to you. Additional alterations will be charged at our hourly rate of $70 hr.
PRICING & PRICING CHANGES
All products are designed and produced in Australia therefore all prices are displayed in Australian dollars. International customers please contact us first for shipping pricing.
Marbia Studios reserves the right to change the prices of any products at any time.
PAYMENTS & ORDERING
Each job is printed on a to-order basis. We require full payment before we can start working on your job. No job will be started without full payment.
In the case where additional alterations have been incurred, your order will be held your order from delivery until full payment has been made.
Our secure online store is the easiest way to order. Because it is run by PayPal you can be assured that your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy. However if you do not have a credit card you can submit a manual order and pay through direct bank deposit.
PayPal - This allows you to use your credit card for online purchases. You do not need to have a pay pal account to use our PayPal shopping cart only a credit card. Please be sure to leave a mailing address phone number and email address with your order we will only contact you in regards to your order.
Direct bank deposit - This is available for Australian residents only. You will need to submit a manual order via email. Please look at our How to order section, for more information about manual orders. Please be sure to place your name in the description section.
It would also be greatly appreciated if you could send an email to us once you have deposited your funds.
Full payment must be made within 7 days of purchase or the order may be cancelled.
PROVIDED TEXT & GUEST NAMES
We will send out the correct forms for you to fill out after you have placed your order. Please fill them out and email them back to us as soon as possible, as this will affect your order process time.
If you have selected to have your Guest names included in your stationery you will need to fill out our guest name form (supplied as an excel form). You will need to type the names exactly as you wish them to appear.
For invitations: Mr & Mrs Smith, Jane and Michael Smith, Jane & Michael.
For Place cards one name per line: Jane, Kim etc.
It is important to ensure that you have checked all spelling, punctuation and spacing on your guest list and in your wording. As your text and guest list will be printed exactly as it was supplied. Any errors supplied by clients on their lists will be reprinted at the client’s expense.

We know that choosing a stationery piece will set the mood and theme of your big day. So we have created samples kits which are available for purchase. This is so you can see our stationery in person, and make the right decision for your wedding.

WRITTING ON YOUR STATIONERY
Our stationery is not designed to be run through a second printer to print your guest names. Stocks may react badly to a different printer and we strongly urge you to select the guest name option when ordering to ensure your invitations are perfect. Our papers have been tested on the printers we use.
If you intend on writing your guest names on your invitations we strongly suggest that you test the pen you intend to use to insure there is no smudging and reduce the risk of double printing.
We also recommend ordering 5-15 extra invitations for mistakes made when writing guest names and for any last minute guests.
ENVELOPES
Envelopes are included with stationery such as wedding invitations, baby announcements and well as greeting cards. We do not supply envelopes for the following items enclosure cards, direction and maps. If you are unsure if your chosen stationery includes envelopes please check our product description page to see what is included with your purchase.
MINIMUM ORDER
We do have a minimum order Quantity of 50 for most of our Wedding and Baby stationery
items. You can find out if the item you wish to purchase has a minimum order on the item description page. Please be sure to order the minimum order quantity or above when
you purchase a product to ensure that your order is processed. If you order below the minimum order quantity we will email you and a $75 or higher surcharge fee will be added

DEADLINES & DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 3 - 8 weeks from start to finish of your order. Please see below for production frames.
It is important that full payment is made ASAP to reduce delays as your job may be delayed if payment has not been made. Please allow more time for international orders.
Marbia Studios may close during curtain periods of the year. We do our best to display these dates on our website prior and during these periods. Orders placed prior to and during these closure dates are subject to delays. If you have any concerns about your order please contact us via email bianca@marbiastudios.com.au prior to ordering. Orders placed during these closures times will be processed on our return in the order of which they were placed. If we cannot meet your deadline we will notify you as soon as possible prior to the commencement of your job.

Wedding Stationery
- It takes 4-6 weeks to create your Wedding invitations. This depends on how quickly we receive your supplied information, how busy we are at the time of purchase as well as what type of invitation you have ordered. Please be aware that our handmade invitations may take longer as we will need to assemble them buy hand after we receive digital prints from our printers.
-Our other stationery items take 2-4 weeks to process. These include order of service covers, place cards, menus etc.
- Custom design – we will send you an email with an estimated completion date.
Baby Stationery
-Personalised items will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks of your order depending
on the size of your order and our digital printers.
-Non-personalised items will be dispatched within 1-5 days depending on our
stock levels.
-Custom design – we will send you an email with an estimated completion date.
Boutique store
-Non-Personalised items will be dispatched within 1-5 working days depending on
stock levels. You will be notified if an item is not in stock.
-Personalised items will be dispatched within 5-10 working days depending on
our printers.
SHIPPING
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
All our shipping is sent via Australia Post or courier. Orders $30 and over are sent as registered mail and insurance can be added on request.
Registered mail will be delivered to your nominated address, where your signature will be required to confirm that you have received your order. If you are not home when your products arrives a card will be left advising you that your package can be picked up at the nearest post office. If you know you will be unavailable to receive your order we can arrange to send it to your work address. Please allow 7 - 20 working days from the day you approve your proof to the date of delivery.

DAMAGED STOCK
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please advise us of the damage before you return your items.

DAMAGED STOCK
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please advise us of the damage before you return your items.
RETURNS
Due to our products being customised or personalised refunds and exchanges are not always possible. Please choose carefully as we do not refund because you simply changed your mind. We will not offer you a refund if a sample of the product was purchased or your approval was given for the artwork proof prior to printing.

SUPPLIED IMAGES
It is important to read through the following if you are going to submit image.
Marbia Studios will not be liable for photographs or disks lost in the mail.
DIGITAL IMAGES
If you choose a design that includes a photograph the image you supply will need to be large enough for print. (300dpi) Please do not supply images smaller than 600KB or larger than 4MB. We will advise you if your photograph is not the correct size. Please do not attempt to make the photograph larger than it was originally as this may reduce the Quality of the image. In the case of the image being too small we may choose to reject the image and request another.
PRINTED IMAGES
We can scan the printed image if you do not have a digital image. Printed photographs will be returned with your order.
You can mail your photographs to P.O. Box. 237, Doncaster East, VIC 3109. Please be sure to place them in a protective envelope.
PROFESSIONAL IMAGES
If you have a photograph that was taken by a professional photographer you must obtain their written permission first before supplying the images to Marbia Studios.
By supplying images to Marbia Studios you agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Marbia Studios, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copy written photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photos. Marbia Studios reserves the right to refuse to use images and cancel your order if we suspect the images may infringe on someone else’s copyright.
Marbia Studios reserves the right to refuse to use images that are not of suitable quality or that are offensive in nature.
FINAL WORD
Payment and approval of your stationery is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Marbia Studios may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from May 2009.
