AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

All our shipping is sent via Australia Post or courier. Orders $30 and over are sent in express post parcels and can be tracked.

Express mail will be delivered to your nominated address, where your signature will be required to confirm that you have received your order. If you are not home when your products arrives a card will be left advising you that your package can be picked up at the nearest post office. If you know you will be unavailable to receive your order we can arrange to send it to your work address. Please allow 7 - 20 working days from the day you approve your proof to the date of delivery.

DAMAGED STOCK
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 4 days of receiving your order. Please advise us of the damage before you return your items.

SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping costs are automatically determined by the size of your order. Orders above $30 include Express post service.

RUSH ORDER SERVICE
This places priority on your order. Please contact us about this option prior to ordering. Rush order process is usually $50 and includes express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We would be happy to with assist any international orders. We currently ship to New Zealand, USA, UK and Canada. We would consider other shipping to other locations on request.

Please contact us for shipping costs prior to ordering. For orders over $30 shipping insurance will be included in the shipping cost. If you have already ordered your shipping costs will need to be adjusted. We will contact you with your shipping adjustment and second invoice will be sent to you. This will need to be paid prior to dispatch or your products will be held until payment has been made.

Please be aware that if your country has any applicable duties and taxes, you will also be responsible for these when the parcel reaches your destination. We always include custom forms on packages which state the accurate value of the items purchased. Marbia Studios takes no responsibility for these taxes or duties.
